What interesting structure can you find in Sideways Cave? And what is the zone name?

I thought the interesting structure in Sideways Cave was the ancient hidden Door. This then leads through to two added zones forming an interesting story line. Sideways Cave - Hidden Lake (a large subterranean lake and waterfall), and Sideways Cave - Lost Abagarlas (the ruins of an ancient Ayleid city, Abagarlas).

In Vanilla Cyrodillic Brandy is just a pink bottle like every other potion, it does not have a label. I am using a mod based off of OOO, so I will answer ten years.
