These are absolutely gorgeous. I'm finding that they're helping with my Christmas spirit, which is lacking a bit right now. :) There's a lot of unique meshes and textures to discover - it's amazing!

Because Meek took the day off for Christmas shopping  The sixth house was actually released yesterday. This thread didn't get updated yesterday. And Meek hasn't posted the seventh house today yet either - tsk, tsk, tsk.... Hopefully we'll get caught up tomorrow....

And Why is it counting up from one? Shouldn't it be counting down to Christmas Day?

Gee guess I love to criticize threads...I'll stop now! :D

This is our version of the twelve days of Christmas. The real Twelve Days of Christmas don't start until Christmas day.

Quoting from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twelve_Days_of_Christmas:
The Twelve Days of Christmas are the festive days beginning Christmas Day (25 December). This period is also known as Christmastide. The Twelfth Day of Christmas is 5 January,[1] with the celebrations of Christmas traditionally ending on Twelfth Night and is followed by the Feast of the Epiphany on 6 January. In some traditions the first day of Epiphany and the twelfth day of Christmas overlap.

Over the centuries, differing churches and sects of Christianity have changed the actual traditions, time frame and their interpretations. St. Stephen's Day (or Boxing Day), for example, is 26 December in the Western Church and 27 December in the Eastern Church. Boxing Day, the first weekday after Christmas, is observed as a legal holiday in parts of the Commonwealth of Nations and was traditionally marked by the giving of Christmas boxes to service workers (such as postal workers and trades people) in the United Kingdom; 28 December is Childermas or the Feast of the Innocents. Currently, the twelve days and nights are celebrated in widely varying ways around the world. For example, some give gifts only on Christmas Night, some only on Twelfth Night and some each of the twelve nights.

So our twelve days of Christmas were supposed to start on the 13th and end on the 25th. We got a little overanxious and started on the 12th. So Meek took the day off to get everything back on track. Do I know that? No, I'm just covering for her :)

There are six more days to Christmas where I am.

I was having trouble getting the video on Youtube, it was endlessly processing and never getting there. At 2am I gave up and went to bed. However it is all up this morning.

And Why is it counting up from one?

Because thats how I wanted it.

It actually did start on the 13th, you are all behind time wise from where I am so it was still the 12th for you all.

The Seventh Mod of Christmas is:http://oblivionsrealestate.com/Find_A_Home/find_a_home.html by Hanaisse

Snowy Dreams is the perfect name for this lovely home. Surrounded on all sides by serene snowy mountains, the setting is peaceful and idyllic. Inside you will find a large lounge with a roaring fire and comfortable chairs. There is also a large kitchen with dining area and a small bedroom off this. Upstairs is the master bedroom, cosy and complete with some gifts. Downstairs at basemant level there are a further three cosy bedrooms. Plenty of room for all those Christmas guests.

All the houses make me smile!

With all due respect to WhoGuru, the "tent" house I feel is not cozy enough to get warm Christmas feelings in. However it is a very nice design with all the white leather furniture!! :) Love them all!!

The Eith Mod of Christmas is:http://oblivionsrealestate.com/Find_A_Home/find_a_home.html by washington (that's me :P)

This cosy, unique little charmer is set just outside Bruma. Inside this gem of a home is one room with kitchen area, dining area and sleeping area. You can toggle an extra sleeping mat if you have a companion. There is also a stunningly decorated Christmas tree complete with openable presents. To get the house there is a short quest that everyone should experience at least once.

Now for something non Christmas. This charming home is in a lovely setting, with forested mountains and a lovely small lake. Inside is a kitchen with bread oven where you can bake bread, and a dining area. Upstairs is a bedroom and lounge. In the basemant is all the storage you could want and an extra accommodation for two companions.

Yes I know about the music, unfortunately I couldn't find any free to use christmas music and what little I did find was highly annoying.

Next one is up on the site. It was the best I could rustle up in 12 hours. As you can guess I am out of homes. Although I just made another quick one so am okay for tonight. Not tomorrow, the last day, though. As you can tell the houses have gone winter themed, rather then specifically Christmas.

Thank god for Jbvw and his amazing meshes and textures. And the host of meshes and textures already available from Shezrie's Towns. And thank god for Nifscope. I love Nifscope. I need sleep. I got up this morning, looked out the window at how it was overcast but not not raining, and thought, 'Thank goodness the weather scripts are working.'

This pretty home is located on the main road to Bruma. The interior is charmingly decorated throughout in a pink and blue theme. There is an entry hall, a full kitchen and a small storeroom on the main floor. Upstairs is a large bedroom with fireplace and in the basemant is a well equiped training room.

A whole village?!?! wow.

Is the house you get in the village free or acquired though other means?

Are there any quests in the town?

Gotta check this out in game.

The house is free, but locked, you'll have to root out the key to get in. I wanted it to be more in-depth than that but time was not on my side on this one, perhaps in a future (though not soon) update. There is a treasure hunting quest you can start by exploring the player house interior. There is a small offhand issue with one of the reward weapons, that I will be sorting and updating tomorrow. :foodndrink:
