OK I found the horse ridding animation, but I still can't get the horse running animation ! where ?

I think it should be this one: \meshes\creatures\horse\fastforward.kf

And we run into the problem with GOW2, you can't really see the animation unless you play the game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thNWaVsBpOE&feature=related is the best I can find, some of this footage may be graphic, or something like that. The arms would have be changed to fit with whatever sword you are wielding, but the lower body should be pretty solid for an example.

As far as I'm concerned, you're doin' your thing the best way possible. I play as a thief, and I'm really happy with the kneeling sneak idle. If you'd make a slightly more backstabbing slash attack for the sneak pose, I'd be completely content as far as my wants go.


Brilliant. As for ideas, maybe you could watch SWAT training videos or something. Those guys have got to be fast, sneaky, and have to wear some sorta thick armours.

how about sleeping poeple move and roll over and snor (maybe a bit much?) and stuff also maybe the drinking animation could have like a stumble or something.. idk just throwing it out there also maybe vampires walk differently that kinda stuff

those are my ideas.

Hello, this really inst a animation already in the game, but it would be cool and give me a reason to release one of my homemade mods, an animation for a crouched PC player standing up and snapping a NPC neck, right now, my personal mod, you just hit "k" and it kills them, it would be cool to have a neck snapping animation, then It would be perfect and could release, by any chance could someone make that for me?

The vampires are known for blending into society perfectly, making the vampires walk differently would break that, unless the vampire walked differently if he/she has gone a while without blood and is an advanced stage of vampirism, but I think that's a bit too much for not only the author of this project, but for the oblivion engine Gamebryo

despite often crashing of max 8 on windows 7 .. i've managed to make a couple of "sketches" ... according to the splinter cell sample ...

but a think that the sneak forward (slow) is a bit unnatural .. lol ... i mean i've tried to walk like that myself and it wasn't that comfortable :D

maybe we should make one where the character isn't bend that far forward ... try it yourself ... you'll see what i mean

List of animations I'd like:
  • Lying against a wall.
  • Folded arms (in certain animations such as lying against a wall or sitting at a table).
  • Writing a book while standing and sitting.
  • Alchemy while sitting down (perhaps the current alchemy animation can be modified).
  • A new smithing animation, other than the SI one maybe.

trust me when i say this, animations that use as many bones as the human ones take ages to make and look good. :)

Just imagine a Oblivion, a Oblivion with sneak animations like Splinter cell one, a Oblivion with mount animation like Assassin's creed one, with better run animation.............
Bet you thought it would be impossible...hopeless ? you were wrong....

The goal is to replaces every vanila animation by realistic one.

Sneak 5%
Hand to hand 30%

I was wondering if there are any plans to make different hand to hand animations based on skill level.
Low skill = vanilla fighting
Middle skill= Boxing pose and punches
High skill = Something like Seph's hand to hand animation , kicks, elbow, knee,jumping attacks, judo throws, choking techniques
