YES! Hugging...the neck biting kind!

I think there is a vanilla animation for this.

Not while sitting.

i've just imported my anims into the game ... and they look a bit unnatural due to my characters speed (100) ... some of the movement is too fast .. have to make another :(

Note of support! I've really missed good animations in Oblivion. More than anything, I wish they could look more "grounded". That is, avoid the feet sliding along the ground and the movement of the actor not matching the movement of the animation. Oblivion walking and running looks too much like gliding across the ground while playing a walking animation. What would really help in that regard are some better animations for stopping/starting running/walking and also for changing directions while running/walking.

I'd happily accept any improvement, but if you actually manage to do a complete overhaul, that would be astounding.

I am working on it :)
also for changing directions while running/walking.

I'm afraid that's impossible :nope:

I don't suppose you could toss a quick recap of the vanilla animations into the videos when you make them? Might help to concrete our opinions before we give them.

Yeah, now you can really see the difference. The vanilla one looks like it was mocapped with a gorilla.

When you stop moving you'll drop into that crouch from the previous wip videos, right?

yep, noticed that as well! Thought I may have been seeing things. I believe its the tempo I think. Looks like the leg moves a little faster or comes down a little harder. Ever so slight though.
