Oblivion Related Tattoos?

Post » Thu Sep 16, 2010 12:52 pm

Hey!
I have been curious for a long time now if there are any other crazies that have any Oblivion-related tattoos.
I have a full sleeve done of my character with Shivering Isles places/characters.
So...humor me. :P

Now if I had the ability to withstand the pain of getting a tattoo, I would probably have quite a few ES related ones, Most likely the Daedric princes, or Argonians and Khajiit.

Every goblin who belongs to a tribe gang has a tat on their upper right arm. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Goblins#Goblins_by_Tribe

Goblin Jim asked my character if she wanted one from the White Skin Tribe on her lower back. She said, "no tramp stamp for me, thanks." :lmao:

I don't have anything myself but I know a girl at work who has a tattoo on her neck that looks almost exactly like the Moon and Star from Morrowind (the star has 5 points not six and it doesn't look... "swirly.") Every once in a while I get the temptation to call her the Narevarine :D. If I were ever to get a tattoo it would probably be something like that. Maybe a Daedric letter "O" like the Oblivion icon. Either that or a Triforce, from the zelda seires.

Yes, I can post photos. Not right now as I'm on the iPhone and not the PC but asap.
It's not finished. I'm getting it colored in for Xmas! The outline is complete so I'll post those.
You can make out The Gatekeeper, Sheogorath's face door, the Golden Saint and Dark Seducer, Mr. Jingles (my character; Dark Elf), a ruinstone and the Oivion symbol. It all started as just the symbol when I was bored one day and had £50 burning a hole in my pocket! Haha!

El Presidente Jaime.
Hmm....sarcasm, eh?
Mr. Jingles could be president. Of Earth. I've made up his entire persona actually. I'm a bit too lame but I think it's cool. He's loved by the ladies and gentlemen but, with all of his busy questing in various games (he's MY character) he's only got time to love 'em and leave 'em. He also talks in a Michael Jackson-esque voice.
I almost paid a woman £300 to make a Mr. Jingles doll (Barbie sized) but the bf talked me out of it.
I also make homemade Oblivion and Fallout guide books!
Bahahaha!
Wow....seriously...I need help!

The only help you need is training your bf to understand that an Oblivion-character doll would be AWESOME! I actually have a clay mask I made of one of my characters a few years back, which looks like the Morrowind-version of her... We were supposed to make a mask of our mothers, but my mom told me she doesn't want to be a model. So I made Calacirya my model.

And my art teacher told me my mom looks creepy in my mask. Yay for freakish middle school art assignments!

Sounds like the symbol for the Islam Faith..., anyway.

I was thinking about getting a Troll on my ribs to go along with the Creature of the Black Lagoon.

Strangely this is the most entertaining post I've read for some time on this forum. :tops:

The bf was right to put the breaks on the doll development. £300 could produce thousands of Mr. Jingles cookies that yield £900 profit with proper marketing.

Good luck with the tat. Can't wait to see it finished!
