Has the re release for oblivion been released yet? if so does it contain the plugins included on the disc for xbox/ps3?

According to this http://www.bethblog.com/index.php/2011/06/07/oblivion-5th-anniversary-edition-coming-to-north-america-on-july-12th/ it has been released in North America. It also tells you what is included (Obl, KotN, SI). Other plug-ins are not listed.

I just reread the Blog, so you have to get Skyrim and the Strat guide to get the $10 off wich is a mail in rebate, so you still paying full price apon purcase. Glad I didn't get this, I hate mail in rebates, that is so 80's.
