That's a weak integrated video chipset and is likely not powerful enough to run the game even in very low quality preset.Your motherboard is also very old and you probably have Pentium4/AMD Athlon CPU so upgrading is out of the question.I suggest you to save up for a new pc if you want to play the game.

Agreed on both counts. When the game was new, nVIDIA lied to everyone about how well Geforce cards could run the game. Bethesda developed on Radeons, and only tested with those. The official system requirements ended up being crap. The lowest power Geforce able to run properly was the 6600 GT, not any of the FXes from the year before.

Instead of admitting that nVIDIA conned them, Bethesda created a special, really ugly Ultra Low setting for the best of the FXes and the worst 6n00 cards. A 6150 is half as powerful as the really awful 6100A card.
