The girls ended up in a vampire nest in an old house south of the IC and barely made it out (didn't even try to go down to the basemant), it was so intense I forgot to take any screenies and Tasqmi spent most of the time being knocked unconscious- which was probably a good thing because Leiffe went ballistic while downing potions at the same time, the damn vampires wouldn't let her run. So the girls are back at the house for a little R&R.

In the mean time I met this http://i.imgur.com/8FlUvYT.png, "Long in Tooth" seems his position as chief of one of the clans was ahem...taken over by one his son's and he's spent the last few months so drunk and mean the clan threw him out, he's been kick out of the shack he was renting, broke and feeling old (and very hungover) decided it was time to go find a "Good Death". So I'm following him around to see what he's got in mind.

Gives the girls a little break from the controller god before he foolishly throws them into something else.

Acadian: Mooch can carry unlimited weight, but she does complain about it quite often. Her one piece loot suit trumps all other armor so she doesn’t look like a badly color coordinated bandit. I hope the computer hospital gets Buffy back in action soon.

runlykhel: Ah, Elsweyr and Valenwood! The girls have really been busy. I see Tasqmi got her doppelganger back. (I always make a quick save before opening a door in VI.) Those must be the “No Border Patch” flying rocks. When I tested those mods with the border patch turned off I did run into an invisible wall near Raven’s Nest, but was able to walk by it to the left. Wow, that shot with the water is … Did you run TES4LODGen_2_2_2 ? Finally arriving at Dune.

Yes I have the latest TES4LODGen and run it with any changes. That shot is looking from Valenwood across Elsweyr south, I think the puter/game had a little trouble with the height maps. It seems the Valenwood/Elsweyr patch has been awol for quite some time. When she (I shamefully forgot her name, Iliana ) made her last Elsweyr update last month I waited till it was finished before downloading it. There are passes west, north, SE from Elsweyr to Valenwood and Cyrodiil where the height maps have been matched for access (also it seems swimming will let you through). I looked into TWMP's height adjustment, but didn't like it. Valenwood Improved is so clean (even if incomplete) that I chose it, and it's totally modable (I think that's a word) so it can be added to without major conflicts (man, a lot of work went into it)- if I get another case of modders itch I think Valenwood has enough stuff for me to finish to keep a noobe like me busy for quite some time. Do you recommend any height map mods?

Edit; Well looks like I'm a day late and a dollar short on getting the older valenwood to work with the borders. I'm going to have to rethink things.

tmr; Yep...I looked into the TWMP stuff ...it just seems too much...I think I'm staying with what I got (orig valenwood improved) and Lliana's Elswyer, simple and easy to fix. heck I may just do a little landscaping where the border xings are- got a lot of practice with the house area.

Also all of my mods seem to be working in Valenwood, and so far in what I have seen in Elsweyr. Like my daddy used to say "if it aint broke don't fix it".

(PS; I tried TES4LODGen2.2.2 and got pretty much the same results, I compared scrnsht to scrnsht side by side, though the 3.... version showed better looking graphics[probably due to working better with my mods].) Thanks for your help.
