Has anyone made a mod that finally makes Oblivion use the RAM in video cards?

Is this possible?

I have a graphics card that has 2 gigs of RAM by itself I want Oblivion to use that RAM too rather than just to use RAM on my motherboard.

Not sure what you mean by using RAM in video cards. As far as I know, Oblivion already does this (otherwise Oblivion would be really slow for everyone). Do you mean use more than 2gb of memory? If so, check this out: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1071593-oblivion-w-laa/
