Just came across this video on youtube about Oblivion. I know this is the Skyrim forum but still. I never found this in Oblivion. And trust me, I've finished it a lot of times. Been playing it for years. Anyways here it is.

Yes, he says Powered Deer [censored]. Big deal, no that isn't why the game is rated M and yes, this is the wrong forum.

Edit:

Tho apparently while the Voice Actor says it in the game, Bethesda do not want you saying it in the forums... thanks word filter.
