Found a little bit of "inefficient" coding ...

Actually there's quite a bit of inefficient coding in a number of scripts :) I'll be looking at them in time.

I was too laconic, I supouse.
1. There are a few kind of liches in FCOM (MMM if I remember). In theory its belongs to the same faction but sometimes, by unknown for me reason, its starting fight eatch other. My PC doesn't fight ,cast spells etc . He is unremarked.
It is no zero-level-bug at all
2. Yes I know, but I still will be getting messages about every exp. point adding action (killing for example). Optional disabling this is usful for people who must be carry on CPU stress .

The first issue sounds like a bug in FCOM or MMM. There are a variety of issues with factions. SkyCaptain just released a small mod to try to get NPC's to stop fighting each other - it's called NPC Friendly Fire. Anyway, Oblivion XP doesn't do anything with factions. It does check for followers and if there are followers, it evaluates each one. If your follower kills something, you will get the points for it. If FCOM or MMM has assigned a follower package, the Oblivion XP might think these liches are your followers and give you points.

You can turn off some of the messages in the ini file - have a look at the Message Settings section.
