This mod really deserves a bump.
Such a shame most users only see some of it's features when exposed in FCOM.
Only my opinion, but this is still the best stand alone mod of the so called "scaling overhaul" variety.

Out of the FCOM setup, is this the mod that adds the Fallen Ones from Diablo? If it is, I noticed while I was fighting them that they used a sound byte from a Blizzard game. You know, their attacking sounds and when they say, "rakanishu!". Isn't that a no-no?

EDIT: Hmmmm After reading the description, I think I'm gonna start my next fresh install with just this instead of FCOM. I like how this sounds.

The thread is well purged by now because of the date, but no.
This was all debated a very long time ago and the subject should be left alone.

Should this mod be cleaned? I have been told not to clean anything to do with FCOM, and this does have to do with FCOM. I have also been told, however, to clean this.... Along with a few other FCOM related things.

No, it does not need cleaned, and NO FCOM related plug-in should ever be cleaned.
Can you give me a link to the thread offering that advice?

Go for it.
It really is a superb alternative to FCOM and the other overhaul mods.

Yes, it should be cleaned, at least according to the http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/TES4Edit_Cleaning_Guide#Quick_List_of_What_.26_What_Not_to_Clean.

You shouldn't clean any of the FCOM esp's/esp's, though, but this doesn't automatically extend to all the related ones. Both WarCry and Bob's Armory are on the shortlist of mods that should be cleaned.

Actually I do not know why Warcry is even on the list to be cleaned it is already clean, there are no wild edits, no dirty edits, etc..no object or reference deleted, etc..Once again Warcry EV is clean..

All changes are intended once again, since it a overhaul (fall under overhaul rules for cleaning - do not do unless you know what you are looking for)..I have even checked it against UOP, USIP, DLC, Knights, mods no conflict's with those.

There are a few UOP fixes that could be applied to Warcry, but, that is all that I see after checking once again.

I trust you, but TES4Edit removes 32 "Identical to Master" records. Nothing turns up when running "Undelete and Disable References", though. So you're saying that one shouldn't remove the Identical to Master records?

Some of Those are just duplicates of Vanilla one's. the armor and weapons that tes4edit remove with identical to master feature. Warcry does change a few of them to have different stats and model information is slighty different is all that I see has well..

I really do not see that has a problem myself, since, if using bash or other mods those changes would end up getting overwrite by changes by other mods once again.

But, WarCry is clean other than vanilla weapons and armor which are just minor, nothing game breaking once again, nothing that would make the mod dirty once again.

OK, thanks for clearing that up. :) Someone should update http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/TES4Edit_Cleaning_Guide.

Ok thanks, just wondering... Also, I've been thinking about DL'ing a weapon adding mod (Bob's Armory, Arma, etc.) and was wondering if those would be compatible with WarCry (since they change leveled lists). Even if I got them to work, would the weapons be unbalanced?

Armamentarium possibly works best, but would need to be merged into leveled lists using Wrye Bash.
If you do go this route use the vanilla version as WarCry when not used as part of FCOM does not use MOBS values . Pick up that version from this thread
http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1063553
Do be aware though that adding such a mod would greatly reduce the chances of completing any of the mods' unique item sets.

just like the bob armory question you made

you have to check the textures to make sure they have mip maps added to them, use dds convertor once again, Warcry has alot more textures than bobs so ti will take you some time to check them all once again.

I have mine in bsa, but, this is was after I checked them and fixed the ones that did not have mip map on them..I can't remember if there where any or not once again.

Sounds good! I posted a question about the same thing on the OOO thread too. If I checked for mip maps in OOO files as well and corrected where needed, would that correct the missing textures? I have packed a .bsa for OOO but always see imperial watchman with transparent torso's and floating purple helmets. :shakehead:

The invisible body parts are due to the file path's contained in the meshes.
Loose meshes in the data directory will work with either "/" or "\". However, when in a bsa, the file paths must be "\" or you get invisible parts..
Use TES4Files to create your bsa's. It has an option to automatically "fix nif's" when creating the bsa.
