Can you please help me.I cannot open the console,I have tried the normal key,and other keys with no success.The game runs perfect as do controls.This is a English GOTY edition and i am using a new Medion laptop with Nvidia graphics,32 bit.Inside notepad i have seen the console section but cannot find open console.I also cannot find the Oblivion -default.ini files in installed game files.The keyboard is standard with some German keys but i can change the language to English. Thankyou.

I have this same problem, you'll have to install a mod to rebind your console key. I use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20446
