An OblivionFCOM fan about to go crazy!

Continuing on from my post in the FCOM 1.0 thread....

Sorry for the headache (*gives paracetamol to cure headache*) given I am just about to go apes*** with Oblivion i figure it's necessary. Anyway i'd like some insight or namely feedback into these plans of mine:
*In order of releasing/creating sort of:

1. Update patches for mods and FCOM i.e RTT, OMG etc and maybe some new ones.
2. Patches for great but conflicting mods: Project 1 is UOMP Vile lair and KOT9, Castle Dunkelore, RST, Kumiko Manor. These mods won't go together but patching them in CS is easy enough although patches were never made. I will make variations to suit people that use an assortment or all of these mods. Priority will be given to all of them first in 1 patch, which i think will be great. Second part of this project will be an FCOM/OMOBS balance patches for these mods - excluding RST at this stage.
3. DBC:A vs RST patch. Easy enough. Also a an optioanl patch for Lost Spires, I believe that RST crosses a LS location.
4. This is my own mod - "Realistic Inventory Weight - Weapons" part of a series of mods i want to make, starting with weapons, to make the weights closer to what the would be in real life assuming Oblivions weight system is in pounds. I am Aussie and use metric here but I understand the wider community would want pounds. THIS WILL BE FCOM ONLY. I won't make a vanilla addition. This will be long and boring to make, when done it will be fully mergeable and tagged so. With permission i'd like to have it added to FCOM's optional plugin's. After this is complete i will work on Armors, then i will make patches for a series of other mods, like Armamentarium etc etc.
5. This is my personal baby, but is subject to permissions i haven't yet acquired which is a project of it own - I have dl'ed a massive library of user made Weapon, Armor and other item mods that i want to merge together in CS. Due to the ridiculously large scale of this one how i will do it is I will add a special new room to Oblivion, probably in the IC tower and call it the treasure room or something. I will then sort all the items i have permission to add into containers into that room. I'll do this because once it's all in one place it will b easy for users to add them items to other locations or basically do whatever they like with the stuff in their own mods, furthermore i wouldn't be able to place it all out there in Tamriel myself in a lifetime. This achieves two things: as mentioned a library of all the greatest stuff in one place, accessible and readily available in game in a compatible environment; and two, all the greatest stuff in ONE, maybe TWO or THREE ESPS!!! That's the big idea of the project anyway, i call it "The Collective Arsenal". This is in progress as i speak for myself, once i obtain permissions i will import to a new ESP for release. Updates will be in packages. Like i say, this is my baby, tell me what you think ;). Oh BTW, don't doubt my skills ;). PS I may do this in a custom worldspace to maximize my compatibility goals.
6.MOBS patches for many mods. I put this last as I will patch after any updates to my Collective Arsenal also.

Now people i'll let you know i work from home, and thanks to FCOM and Team Alpha, will give away my social life to make the time for this project. It's already underway, at present I'm mainly documenting everything, testing the new FCOM and trying to break it so I know it's flaws. I'm not sure if i should have started this in a new thread, felt it was relevant though.

Thanks for listening and thanks in advance for the feedback.
