So that's for Oblivion, the expansion and all the add-ons? Seriously tempted... had it on the console for years but would love to try out some of the mods...

I assume a game bought from steam can't be transferred to another computer? Just wondering.

It can, but it cannot be played on both at the same time. (Unless you force one to go offline)

Steam games are tied to your account, not your PC.
