OBMM won't start.

After the "Your settings file appears to be corrupted" pop-up I get
"An unhandled exception occurred.
Extra information should have been saved to 'obmm_cashdump.txt' in oblivion's base directory.

Error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

The obmm_crashdump.txt says...

"30 December 2010 - 23:55:48
1.1.12 (Safe mode)
OS version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7600.0

Type: System.NullReferenceException
Error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Stack trace: at OblivionModManager.GlobalSettings.LoadSettings()
at OblivionModManager.MainForm..ctor()
at OblivionModManager.Program.Main(String[] args)"

Means nothing to me.

I do not see why OBMM would keep s asave game from loading, it is only a mod manager. Perhaps ther corruption goes beyond OBMM. Check the disk.

It's unrelated, the save game problem stems from Deadly Reflex 6, any of my saves made while mounted in horse combat mode won't load. The OBMM fault still persiststhough.
