Obse V18 And Elys Universal Silent Voice Mod

Well for the Universal Silent Voice Mod it says that I need to put the files in the Plugin folder in the OBSE folder. But the most recent version of OBSE doesn't have a folder in the Data folder so is there a way to get this to work?

Create the folder yourself.
