Sorry for the lack of good steps to reproduce these, but I didn't spend the time to try and duplicate them:

- Noticed some clothing items were stretching abnormally and obscuring the screen significantly (not sure what the technical term for this is), saw this with Hancock's tricorn hat, in thicket excavations. Was using VATS I think at the time when this happened. The workaround was to take his hat from him.

- Noticed the settler bell didn't sound, or animate in sanctuary, the settlers did still gather though.

- Had one random program exit, but was AFK when it happened, so didn't notice what was happening in the game at that time.

- Saw a settler that was submerged in a floor settlement block. It was the concrete floor base piece. I think it was abernathy farm.
