Seriously gentlemen, get real. Dreams are for delusional people. We all (well,maybe not all of us, but still) want to become game developers of some sort. I myself want to work as an artist for pretty much any gaming company. It's okay to have such ideas, as long as we all realize it won't happen.
Although granted, if one was to take your claims literally, as in you just wanting to be in the picture, then I see no problem in just photoshopping you into it. It would be rather easy too.

Dreams are only delusional if people are expecting them to just fall into their lap, and/or act pessimistic about them.

Dreams become reality through hard work and passion, there's a good chance these gentleman might one day be in that photo.

Todd should get a hair cut and start wearing clothes that fit and look better. You know, to encourage the rest of the team, and to look better in front of the public.

Look at the people who've gotten compliments in this thread, and compare if they would have still gotten them if they had been wearing baggy, unflattering clthing and looked like they didn't take care of themselves.

All seriousness aside, that fellow with the beard and sandals is hilarious. Good for him.

FUN NEW GAME: Try to see how many of the devs who featured in the "Making of Oblivion" documentary you can find in the picture.
