I'm going for a wild guess on what is passing on the mind of some of the people in the picture.

It's a game.

For instance the lead designer guy in the left side of the image, who looks right out of Star Trek Enterprise, is speculating whether he likes the shape of the camera or not.

And the guy right before him with black shirt, is just reassuring himself that this posing is just for a minute and will pass soon.

IF Todd was photocopied into the picture (crazy rumor, 100% false)′, they might have told that guy to not look at the camera, but straight in front of him as if he was looking at Todd who wasn't there so that the photocopying would be thought to be bullshibah?

Maybe they could transfer some of those Beards into Skyrim.

Customization option would then include the name of the employee with that beard style
