Thats a great dev team photo. Its nice to see who all is behind the games that I enjoy the most.

It's also nice to see many of the same people from Oblivion and Fallout 3's dev photos, particularly the art people. Sawyer is awesome!

If any devs are reading this, thank you for making games that have claimed likely over 1000 hours of my life. (Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3)

I love the fact that Todd Howard is just in the middle of this picture. It shows that he see's himself as just part of a larger team and obviously has no ego about being the producer of one of the greatest games ever. Very respectable in my opinion.
