Doesn't look like fallout style artwork but the 4 being the prominent part of the image certainly gives me some hope.

Dungeon Siege 4?

We have an http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1409338-fallout-4-speculation-suggestions-and-ideas-thread-87/ for all speculation about FO4, although I suspect you'll find http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1410785-obsidian-teasing-a-new-rpg/ in Community Discussion a better location for this announcement.

It seems the consensus at the moment is Dungeon Siege 4, assuming that's not a countdown. I'd be quite amused if it was a countdown given how quickly so many people, myself included, assumed this was for Dungeon Siege.
