Ocato.

How did he turned from an imperial to an altmer? I mean I heard that in Daggerfall he was not a high elf.... the reason why I put this in the lore section instead of series discusion because im assuming maybey some event turned him into an altmer.

I don't think they ever implied he was an Imperial to begin with, unless it's some obscure thing in Battlespire. What I want to know is what happened to his hair in between the games.

Atleast he was a human. Although I never played it i seen the DF intro and what im assuming is Ocato dosent have pointy ears.

He was an altmer in the intro, as his skin was yellow (and wasn't because of the torch).

Ocato was covered in yellow paint in the Daggerfall intro. For serious.

Imperials have a first and last name. "Ocato" is not an appropriate Imperial name, but a very appropriate Altmer name. I'm pretty sure he was never meant to be an Imperial.

His title also indicates an altmer city, though I forgot what it was.

Also to note, he is a complete and utter sellout and dog of the empire to his native brethren in Summerset Ilse.

Well I assumed the torch did brighten his skin a little. Still I didnt see pointed ears... Then again they were hidden..

Now I remember it, his name is Ocato of Firsthold. Firsthold is a very prominent altmer city of Summerset Ilse. Wouldn't be called that if he were an imperial

Technically weren't Altmer "golden-skinned" for the first three games? Kind of like tanned/olive skinned humans. It wasn't until Redguard that Bethesda decided to take the literal path and turn them...yellow.

Lemme check any DF and Arena screen shots, but I'm pretty sure they have always been yellow.
