hi all! my first post on these forums for quite some time, i have been having a hiatus from the elder scrolls ( all three ) for about a month but , alas, there is only so much AOE3 you can play before you get sick of losing

recently i threw myself back into oblivion , this game is my favourite because it was my first , so anyway i went down the fighters guild route , after clearing out some rats i took the next quest ( norbert lelles or something )

so the topic does come up with guild head ( sorry i cant remember any of there names its been so long) - isint it azzan ?

we chat , i stare deep into his eyes ...but then the quest never activates!! i do everything , spam the talk option , visit norbert , reload...nothing , it wont let me advance!

i look for a bug but i cant seem to find any related to this particular thing...anyway ti annoyed me and put me off my OB craze

anybody know of this ?

( i use mods , also i normally start off in cheydinhall guild rather than anvil)
