Odd increase in Game speed after trying to screenshot...

Apologize in advance for a potentially newbish question, but I did a few searches on this and nothing applicable came up...

I was trying to take a screenshot of a mod's MCM configuration options in Menu and didn't see a notification for a screenshot, so I think I pressed F12, PRT SCR, then possibly ALT + F12 or ALT + PRT SCR a couple times before realizing that I couldn't take a menu screen shot like that. When I came back into the game, everything was moving super fast, NPCs, animations, physics (jumping, falling, etc.).

I am curious if I found a shortcut to a console speed up command or related to Skyrim's game engine (or if it's something specific to my PC). I wouldn't think it was a performance or overclocking feature of my PC since games normally compensate for increased performance...

Any ideas?

Oh, and I am using Vanilla Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8, with Mod Organizer, SKYUI, SKSE (latest versions of everything). I didn't bother posting a mod list, since I figure if mods could speed the game up this much, people would have been raving about it years ago...
