[HELP] Odd issue with custom hat : Fallout 3

I felt homesick and started creating different Finnish items to Fallout 3.
Flag was successful but I'm having a trouble with Officer Hat. When equipped, it's on my shoulder instead of on my head.

in the geck, select character, then update facegen availability. That'll fix it
