Greetings, all!

So I've recently started playing Oblivion again, and of course, that means I downloaded several mods upon reinstalling the game. I've run into a bit of a problem, though, with Reznod's Mannequins and Skin-tone Mannequins (I tried the second only after having this problem with the first). I can drop and interact with my first dropped mannequin just fine. But every time, after I drop my second mannequin, I can no longer use my spacebar button. No interacting with characters, doors, other mannequins, or any items whatsoever. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Sorry... I have no solution for you. However, I occasionally will load a game and get the exact same behavior you are describing. The only fix for me is to re-start Oblivion.

It happens like this: I'm playing, and everything is quite normal. Then, for whatever reason, I die (the cause really does not seem to have anything to do with it). So I re-load my last save and everything looks fine; I can move around and all the keys work... EXCEPT the space bar. It won't activate doors, objects, people... nothing. It's as if the space bar just quit working. So I quit Oblivion, re-start, load the exact same save back up, and eveything is fine again.

This happens really infrequently, so I haven't posted about it. It's a minor inconvenience, and I like to clear my memory out every so often anyway, so I have not realy thought that much about it. But when I saw your post I thought it sounded too similar to be a coincidence. Sorry I can't give you an answer, but maybe this will jog someone else's memory? Worth a shot, anyway. I'm sure it's a pain to re-start every time you want to place two mannequins.
