Odd mod problems

Hey folks, been playing alot of Oblivion again lately, I have recently upgraded my RAM from 3 gigs to 4, and upgraded to win 7 64 bit from 32 bit. I was smart enough to back up all important files to an external hard drive beforehand. After reinstalling and firing up the game for the first time in months i noticed a few issues that I don't remember having beforehand.

anyone have any ideas on what's going on? any fixes for this? the only one that even bothers me is the church.
I suspect the problem may lie with Texians window lighting system for the church.

My load order. It may be out of order, I can't remember if I reordered it with BOSS or not.

That version of Real Lights is buggy, I think. You should consider the one that comes with All Natural.
Illumination Within looks to be missing some textures...that's probably causing your church problem when the windows are supposed to be swapped.

The two lava ones look like they shouldn't be running together.

Your MMM looks out of date. I don't think I've seen the foxes add-on for a while now.

Consider using Wrye Bash for best integration of TNR and also to fix "googly eyes".

most of that I can take care of easily enough, but I have never used wrye bash. I really don't know the first thing about it. I am vaguely familiar with gary bash though
