Of course it won't die. The games don't revolve around the provinces, they'll go back to Cyrodiil or Skyrim or Morrowind for TES: IX they don't make the games just because they want you to see their imaginary continent, they won't just move on once they've shown it all.

If that were the case, we wouldn't even have a TES II: Daggerfall, the series would have stopped with Arena.

I want them to do Elsweyr or High Rock next.

I'd also like to see them increasing the number of skills rather than removing them all over time. At this rate, by TES XII: Summerset Isle we'll be down to nine skills:

-Blowing Up Magic
-Healing Magic
-Summon Super Awesome Badass Demon Stuff
-Other Magic
-Weapons
-Armour
-Repair
-Talking
-Sneaky Stuff

Technically Skyrim have more skills than previous games because of the skill-based perk system. But I get your point. At least I'd like three melee weapon skills. The problem with removing Spear in Oblivion was in my opinion not that they removed it, but that they didn't replace it! I'd like to see a Polearm skill where the sub-skills are lance (one-handed), spear and halberd. I'd also like to see a skill for flails and morningstars.

Furthermore, I'd like to see some new races. The Maormer (Sea Elves), for one. They live close to Tamriel and could potentially become playable one day. Then there's the Sloads. Even if they don't become playable, at least they could be enemies (like the Orcs in the first two games). Maybe there could be a game where the Sloads invade Tamriel. In the game that takes place in Hammerfell I would like to learn more about Yokuda and particulary the left-handed elves (being left-handed myself might have something to do with it  ).

the gameworld should be on a scale that red mountain is larger than everest

That's over-scaling to the rediculous. There's no way Red Mountain is even a fraction of that size! If you want to play it that way, why not go for the truly big? Mt. Olympus, anyone? Plus, it's red.

Mount Olympus is smaller than Mount Everest. It's possible Red Mountain is realistically taller than Everest, it's supposed to be the highest point in Tamriel before it gets blown up. It's not plausible to have it full scale in a game though.

Only a small portion of Morrowind has been released , only the department of Vvardenfell and the capital of Mournhold, that is what only 20 / 25% of Morrowind ?

Some fan made maps have it the size of Olympus Mons, the tallest mountain in the solar system, maybe that's what he was referring to.
