We have seen alot of xbox360 footage and earlier today they released some gameplay footage on PS3. This just makes me wonder if they are going to show any official PC footage at all or if they are just going to stick with the consoles. What do you think?

Yeah, to be honest I don't think they'd bother even if there wasn't any PC demo.

It's somewhat disappointing. Hard to belive that Crysis used to be a PC only title now that they don't even want to show a single footage of the game running on PC.

and pears, I don't want to watch footage of some non finished beta version that doesnt have dx11 or even hd textures. I want to watch the real thing.

As pears said there's leaked gameplay footage however you might want to wait to avoid spoilers. I can tell you that I saw a video of it (wanted to see the graphics) at one setting below max graphics in DX9 and it looked amazing, very good.

i think they might show it with like five days prior launch with an epic montage of DX11 awesomeness!

I'm not sure because, the Crysis experience has 360 for part 1 and PS3 for part 2, so it seems like it would be logical to show PC for part 3. The fact that these two videos were clearly labeled format specific gameplay footage makes me think maybe Crytek has every intention in the end to be totally open and show all three formats. Otherwise I would've said no.

Most developers avoid PC footage unless the game is a PC exclusive. But thats because most dev's make shameless console ports 100% of the time.

yeah i am actually surprised here. every single time crytek has put up a demo announcement they always had a video of what it looked like on that console.... except for pc. quite sad. it makes my heart turn black.... unless they arent showing pc graphics video because maybe its so powerful even THEIR pc's cant run it on max! LOL that would be soooo funny

- what will all the consoleros say if they will see some epic 2560×1600 or higher(what even yt can't show:( sadly) with DX11 and 8xAA 16xAF HD -textures...
-also i really hope that todays pcs cant handle the highest settings from Crysis 2, cuz in 2007 Crysis was awesome on high and today it is still one of the best in very high(or even more with mods) so why now show us something we hopefully can't achiev today

oh yeah i am sure that pc is going to deliver these guys did a benchmark on the beta leak with the latest graphics cards. apperently they set the quality settings to "hardcoe" mode and started to bench. but remember the leak is only in dx 9. so add all of the eye candy that dx11 comes with and im sure those numbers are going to drop like flies. especially at the higher resolutions. this article makes me wanna buy another gtx 470 to prep for crysis 2.
