It releases on the 10th, although you guys probably already knew that. Check the Gamestop web-site, its on there, although its $7 less and has release-day shipping on Amazon.

From the preview i can tell that this guide is different from other ones. I think that this could be very helpfull, especially if your talking tactics, you can visually pinpoint chokepoints, high perches, alternate routes, ect. Im definately buying it.

Lol at game guides nowadays.

Anything you can find in a guide can very easily be found on the internet. Soon, you will even be able to find actual map strategy guides on youtube. No written guide can match up to video material if it comes to pinpointing certain locations or routes.

Anything you can find in a guide can very easily be found on the internet. Soon, you will even be able to find actual map strategy guides on youtube. No written guide can match up to video material if it comes to pinpointing certain locations or routes.

Yes, but its like going hiking, its always good to carry a paper map & compass with you along with your GPS. And having something you can actually hold is really cool.

Sometimes the guides do hit before the game. I wish this was one of them. As it stands I probably won't get it. However if it was already out, I might pick it up just to tide me over for the weekend.

Even though the internet is more quick and easy than guides, I might just buy the guide because it actually looks different than the others.

Also when my internet is being stupid I could just pull out the guide. :brokencomputer:

FYI: Gamestop has it as backordered. There are stores, however, close to my area that says they have it in stock. Take that for what you will.

Picked up a copy at my local GameStop, earlier this evening. I rarely buy strategy guides, but this one is well done, with a lot of great information. If nothing else, it will keep me occupied until Tuesday.

As for the guide, I usually don't bother since I like to find stuff out for myself, but it's Brink so [censored] it. I'll get it if it pops up down this side of the globe.

my gamestop told me there was not a street date for the game guide and that i could buy it now if i wanted to but i dont see the point
