Muscle tone or body size based on stats.

Strength = Muscle Tone
Agility = Slender Body
or something like that :hubbahubba:

agility- less fat, adds muscular abdominal muscles
endurance- makes the character larger
strength- more muscle tone
willpower- i dont know? maybe more veins or something stupid
intelligence- makes the character use more wise looking expressions
