Did someone use the Atunement sphere 3 times (to unlock the Blackreach access from Alftand, Mzinchaleft and Raldbthar) ? I wouldn't be surprised if you could drop it then ...

Did this exact thing yesterday (already did Alftand so I did Mzinchaleft and Raldbthar), and it's STILL stuck in my inventory. Just as an FYI.

I had the book, showing as a quest item, before I ever talked to him. I read that this is a known bug on the "Fetch Me That Book!" quest. I will try to either remove the book or advance the quest to the turn in stage via the console command.

Doesn't work. I have a different book that is supposed to be turned in to him and he never has the dialogue to turn it in to him if found first.

Brothers of Darkness - same deal as Chivandrum...or whatever. This has been stuck in my inventory for practcally the whole game, since i picked it up so early, it wouldn't let me give it to the Orc in the LIbrary.

Before the patch I had:

Attunement Sphere
3 Bards College Instruments (Flute, drum, lute)
Lisbet's Dibella Statue
Gallus' Encoded Journal
Kahvoziens Fang (dagger)

I also had one of Wylandriah's items stuck for a long time and she would never give me a quest. But I eventually found all 3 items and she allowed me to turn them in to her.

After the patch:

Only Kahvozien's Fang has gone away. Still stuck with the rest.

And yesterday found a book (Chronicles of Nchuleft) before getting the quest from the librarian at the Winterhold College. I am now stuck with that too and cannot do anymore book finding quests.

I was able to equip and store Kahvozein's Fang. I couldn't put it on the equipment rack, but it went into a dagger display case in my Markarth house.
