Better then a post that says something is wrong, and then proceeds to ramble on without explaining at all why said post is wrong.
You literally just told me, that what I wrote was wrong, and without merit, yet you have actually contributed nothing to back up your statement. Nothing. Do you know what a hypocrite is? Someone who might, for example, say something is without merit, who's reasons to say as such, have no merit. What's worse, is that you're trying to take the moral highground, but you're post is bluntly insulting, and is based completely on your own personal opinion. Fallacy after fallacy. My emotional response is wrong? A little over the top yes, but wrong? Logically and rationally it's neither right or wrong, but definitely not wrong.
Before you furiously respond with what I'm sure will be a clever and well thought out counter-post, let's review your amazing and well thought out reasons for disagreeing with me:
- A company is exempt of absolutely any sort of liability to anything and anyone once you buy their product, so long as you get that product (maybe tomorrow or 20 years from now.). -> "No one told you to pre-order 8 months in advance, that's your fault. Don't blame Splash Damage for that." (My issue is an ethical one, this goes beyond what you're willing to accept.)
- The game will be good! -> "They are making a great game and you haven't even played it yet." (Not sure what point you're trying to make, I already know the game will be good, that's why I pre-ordered it)
- Any reaction to any subject is unwarranted if you seem emotional, or the message does not agree with the audience, or any one member of it -> "Yes, your reaction is unwarranted because you took the time to make an out-of-control-crying-like-a-baby post like this. Rage much? Nobody wants to hear that." (This is just infantile.)
- I don't even know how to form a proper, cohesive thought -> "That's how I see the situation at hand (you)." (Unless of course I literally am a situation. Perhaps you have me confused with Mike "The Situation" from Jersey Shore, and understandable assumption, but I assure you I am not him.)
Look, the game is delayed (or not so much delayed, but being officially released later then what I had expected) longer then I find acceptable, I was pissed, that's all there was to it. I have no clue why that is so hard to comprehend, I paid for the game, so I have an absolute equal and just as valid right to feel however I want to about this game, and post in the forums accordingly so long as I abide to the rules and regulations. This is another complex concept called equality. If you seriously want to have an argument about any and/or all of this, be my guest, but I'll tell you now, you won't win.
