Official TES V Speculation Thread #37

Post » Sat Jan 08, 2011 2:21 am

Anyone feel like helping me break into GI studios and finding the cover art? I got a 110 stealth skill.

Or we could wait patiently like most other responsible humans do... :)

So some people are trying to cash in on the Skyrim name:

too funny... but might be fun to play!

Well, then I guess that changes things...just make sure you have divine intervention handy.

That's of course another option. Still it can't hurt to polish our skills before TES V is released... However I don't see a "bathroom skill" being introduced anytime soon.
But that would have to go in the suggestion thread I guess...

The E3 schedule found on IGN, which of course is pretty loose and are probably mostly stupid little announcements. But it kinda makes sense due to the fact that Bethesda is showing their other titles tomorrow also (Brink, Demon's Forge, New Vegas).

But is their any hope for this E3 announcement? There was never much hope...just a fool's hope ;)

Where could I find this schedule?

Nevermind, found it. If anyone's interested just go toIGN and watch a live feed....

IGN's live feed is a constant black screen for me.

Yeah me too, but to the right hand side of that black screen is a schedule of (I'm guessing IGN demos of games. Fallout New Vegas is listed for tomorrow at 5:20 PM PDT.

We've all been waiting a long time. Just be as patient as you can, and don't get a nervous breakdown if ESV isn't announced tomorrow. The announcement will come soon enough anyway.

I'd rather have a GI Announcement with Info and plenty of Art than an E3 announcement

The E3 announcement could be a 20 mins long trailer demonstrating new combat and incredible exterior scenes !

Or it could not be at all. I personally hope for a GI article, I don't have much hope for this E3.

Agh, stop asking us if there's any hope for an E3 announcement! We don't know, we have no idea! There's no evidence to suggest it, but if you want to hope, go right ahead. It is possible, but of course it's not probable. You'll just have to wait and see.

Who's asking? I'm just saying it is a possibility, albeit a very low one. The GI thing is MUCH more likely.

I speculate that halfway through next year people on this page will still be speculating.

Yup, which is what I've been doing for the past few days :P

It is black for about the first minute usually...then it has a constant live stream of the press conferences. Right now it's mostly IGN interviews with developers.

Have they shown any of the second Bethesda booth, the smaller one with no dino?

To be honest I haven't seen anything Bethesda so far. Although I had to leave yesterday for work starting in the middle of the EA press conference. We'll see their stuff tomorrow.

I still don't think we can absolutely rule out Dragon Age II being revealed at E3.

http://exophase.com/ps3/bioware-prepping-multiple-reveals-for-e3-2010-13654.htm What have they revealed so far? More of The Old Republic. Anything else? EDIT: Then again, this link is a little bit misleading. There is nowhere in the Eurogamer interview that officially states that there WILL be multiple reveals from Bioware. One of the questions was, "Reveals at E3?" The answer was yes. Now the question was "reveals", as plural, but I don't think that can be taken too seriously.

http://gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2010/06/11/ea-quashes-mass-effect-3-dragon-age-2-rumor.aspx They didn't exactly rule them out, they said that "the listing of Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age 2 was indeed an error". They didn't say, "Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age 2 will not be showing up at E3". They only said that the listing was a mistake. And if you look at IGN's schedule, there are a ton of confidential games to be announced.
