Also the tweet said that the ART would make fantasy fans crap themselves, not that the game itself is fantasy themed. So all these "what is defined as fantasy" posts are pointless. Although I do think the next gi cover is tes.

If it's true that the cover could take "weeks" to be revealed, and by weeks the guy meant more than 2 weeks, then that makes it more possible that it's TES V. I mean, at this point in time, it'd be hard for Bethesda to make a countdown like they did with Oblivion considering GI Covers are usually revealed before the 12th. But if it's going to take longer, that could mean that Bethesda is going to do a countdown after all, and pushed back the reveal to allow for it.

The Gears of War 3 cover was initially supposed to be revealed on the 15th, after Cliff Bleszinski went on the Jimmy Fallon show and announced it. But it started to leak before that happened and before Bleszinski was able to announce it, Game Informer was forced to reveal the cover on the 12th to stop all the leaks and scans. My point being, it is possible for a developer to put off the GI cover reveal, if their game is big enough I suppose.

One thing's for sure, if it is leaked before Bethesda announces it, I am definitely not going to be the one to make the first topic about it. I don't want to be the guy everyone at Bethesda's offices gets angry at. Sure, we would find out even if nobody posted the topic, but their anger would be directed towards the topic creator, at least for a little while.

Maybe that would be so for this forum, but it would be bound to pop up all over other fan sites, including UESP. And would likely be posted by many different. Bethesda would have to be angry at lots of people.

Well, ESV will most likely be on this generation of consoles, so whatever computer you have now, if you can run Oblivion and Fallout 3, you'll be able to run ESV.

That might not be true, my pc ran Oblivion just fine. It wouldn't run the Witcher for crap though.
