I sort of check in every few months to see if there is anything new of TES V (I figure this group would notice it first)

Well actually there kind of is... Game Informer's Andy Macnamera tweeted that the next cover of GI would have some art that would make fantasy fans crap themselves. A whole slew of other parts about it being a sequel not at E3 and that GI didn't even peep about TESV coming to E3 this year regardless of the rumors etc. People have ruled out a slew of things with regards to other games being possible, so now we are just days away from the cover reveal which could easily be TESV... especially with three Skryrim trademarks still on target for expiration regardless of a new one filed.

Well, maybe we should organize some manifestation, in the front of Bethesda. Everyone carry flags with "WE WANT TESV" and yeld the same thing. And maybe organise a truck with about 10000 paper-scrolls, and then dump them at the front door. They must get to know, how many people love TES series and just can't play oblivion/morrowind forever. Anyway Oblivion was probably the best selling RPG and there is no reason to abandon such a profitable project.

True, however my point was that they didn't just stop making TES stuff in 2006, they made DLC until 2007 after all.



I don't want to get off topic, but what I was trying to say is that while any given TES game is most definitely not the best RPG out there, especially if you compare them to older RPGs, the fact that each game contains a massive, detailed open world makes TES RPGs not have a lot of competition.

Two Worlds II might become a contester, it actually looks pretty good.

Hi all. In regards to the "Send U a message" video, I just watched it on my Xbox 360. They do in fact mention "Elder Scrolls V" at the end of the video, but it's more of in a non-serious, joking manner. The two hosts essentially quip that lots of users are asking when TESV will be released, despite the two hosts not having any affiliation with Bethesda. No new information was presented.

The only interesting thing we can gather from this, is that people at Microsoft are taking notice of TESV speculation.

Well I just watched the most recent one (it isnt number 1 for inside xbox) and they mentioned it. One of the guys said that since he said something about, there could be confirmation that it's being made, but it was in a joking manner.

Edit: This is what was said word for word:

Guy #1: ... or just stop us on the street and angrily demand to know why we didn't announce Elder Scrolls five at E3, despite neither of us are working for Bethesda, or having anything to do with the Elder Scrolls franchise, or it's development.
