Official TES V Speculation Thread # 47

There is NO OFFICIAL information about a new TES game release.

Hey, I was just wondering what the august 2010 cover was going to be?

So last thursday he said "a couple more weeks". Don't know how literally to take that. But we should get it this week, or early next. I am still optomistic for it being TESV.

I have to say, the amount of people in this thread alone is astonishing, as Mikedzines (spelling?) said before. Sometimes over 60 people.

I wonder why so many are here...Anticipation for the GI cover, maybe?

I would assume so. I've certainly been lurking for a while. I figure this thread will be one of the quickest ways to find out about it, especially since most people seem to have agreed that the cover will be TES V. I just hope we aren't disappointed.

I'm just leaving the page open and refreshing it every 15 - 30 min or so as I can. I really don't expect an announcement today, but heck when you were a little kid you still looked for santa to arrive even though you knew he wouldn't come till late at night.

After the announcement we will have the digital version of shaking the gifts to guess their contents.

It was probably an automated e-mail, or a pre-made one, so it might be this week, or today. I hope.

I doubt its today, my money's on Friday. Last issue was announced on Friday, June 4th. Thursday is my b-day. Hopefully its announced then. That would literally be the best b-day present I could ask for...

Yes, I'm starting to think it will be later this week. I'm not familiar with GI, do they announce the cover before they ship it?

Until this Game Informer thing is either confirmed or denied, I kind of wish the mods would add the relevant info about when it's revealed/shipped to the OP :P

Well this is the main hub for TES, so it really isn't surprising. I say the GI cover will be revealed tomorrow. Sticking with the 7th.

The image appears to be a roman numeral of the number five and the background is covered in what looks like frost or snow. Did i find it?! Did i find the elderscrolls V??!?!! :shocking:

There really was no need for that.. and it's probs just somone predicting when they think tes v will be announced.

Did Fallout 3 have a countdown when it was officially announced on a new website with concept art and music?


And how did Fallout 3's official reveal relate the the Game Informer reveal for it? Did it happen pretty much at the same time?
