Yes. Todd meant that the project (the game) is well on schedule and much of it has been created/accomplished.

October... wha? Where'd you get that? They announced the book in April 2009 and released it in November 2009. I think speculating on the book's release date other than "before or after the game's announcement" is pointless honestly. It makes sense that they'd want to release it in time for the holiday season of this year but unless it's announced soon I don't know if it will happen.

I got october from a post online on a forum...had a bit of trouble finding the exact announcement date...then the book, I would think, will be announced VERY soon.

It's not pointless to speculate on the game's announcement based on the book's release. It makes sense from a marketing standpoint to announce the game just before it to drive the hype up, especially if the book was going to bridge the gap between IC and TESV. Although I am now thinking that the game will be announced a bit further ahead of the book (I still think the game will be announced on the cover of the Feb GI), but they may wait to show the game until just before the book's release. Either way, I think the game will be announced within a month or so of the book's release.
