Given the status of Eurogamer as a major video game magazine, the timing ( the week of Thanksgiving) and how quickly this rumor spread, I think this was a calculated leak from Bethesda.
That does not mean the leak contains all accurate information. I think the bit about voice acting being done currently is probably likely true, however much of it could be various hoo-hah to get the press buzzing. And boy... has there been a lot of buzzing.
So much buzzing I think the internet turned into a land of bees with lots of bees that are being bees and buzzing around like bees that buzzzzzz. BUZZZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ and bees have cute antennae! They are also fuzzy.
*ahem*
If this were an intentional leak, this could serve as a prelude to a bigger event. Preheating the oven before popping in the main course to let it bake, sort of speak.
I speculate along with many others here that that bigger event I am alluding to is the world premier reveal of TESV.
Here is why I think it is intentional, aside from the obvious buzz-generating success this has riled up (and lots of cute fuzzy figurative internet bees with cute antennae flying around), I think it is extremely unlikely that an editor of Eurogamer just so happened to sit by a couple Bethesda employees on a plane trip. I also think it is extremely unlikely that this editor conjured up this story out of thin air, for if that were the case it would've been likely that this editor got fired.
