Sooo... I was playing Daggerfall and visited a tavern, nosed around a couple of rooms and then found a nvde lady just standing in a bedroom. Talked to her and she had no unique dialogue... what in Oblivion is this all about?!

They are prosttutes, another incomplete feature leftover from earlier development. They actually have their own faction.
