I was friends with the brotherhood of Steel for the mission still in the dark. And I did a few other missions in the meantime and I return to give the componets and now they are enemies! How can I fix this i did make friends with the khans do I need to kill them to be friends again?

No, it doesnt, it adds a dialogue of them saying 'I'm getting massive power fluctuations across the river, I wonder whats going on over there." or something akin to that.

Or Great Kahn armor...

Or, any faction clothing for that matter? What does your Reputation page say regarding the Brotherhood? Have you killed any of them?

Haha yea apparently I was and didn't know it I had the nor med armor. I just got excited like hellandstarted this post
