So I'm doing the quest "Sunshine Boogie" to help repair some solar array panels at Nellis. I fast travel to Helios One to get the spare parts to bring to the Boomers and once I get to the backyard of Helios One.. well.. LOL

I walk out the backdoor and hear some weird noises as if some metal items are falling even though I haven't dropped anything nor hit anything over. I walk forward a little bit and look back at Cass by the door and all of a sudden Old Lady Gibson and her yard dogs ( plus a random mole rat) run out of the Helios One building and attack us. We kill them and as I'm walking around scavenging their items I realize there's an invisible set of dog bowls on the ground that were making the banging metal object noises.. but you can't see them. If you walk over them you're suddenly floating above the ground and if you skim beneath you you can find the 'pick up dog bowl' options.

This isn't exactly a game breaker or anything.. but I'm 99.9% sure that Old Lady Gibson and her yard dogs have nothing to do with this quest as there was no dialogue and their dog bowls somehow teleported to Helios One.
