Old World Blues: House 108 possible Binary?

!!Spoiler Alert!!

Ok, so after a discussion with 8 (or Dr 8 or whatever his name was), I "hacked" him through dialogue and gained access to his house and information about his language being RobCo 8 character whatnot. Anyways I thought it was indeed funny and all then upon visiting House #108 in Higgs Village (after visiting 000, 101, 102, & 103 prior) I noticed another pattern of 8 in the Kitchen. Eight Coffee Mugs aligned in a row with the 8th off kilter and eight Metal Spoons with the 5th one off kilter. This immediately screamed Binary to me since the Binary Coding I have been used to seeing in certain computer dialogues in games is an 8-figure set for each character (8 pins at on or off). I just want to get possible confirmation from a developer or possible discussion from the forum community of what it could mean.

When attempting to lookup the meaning on the Fallout Wikia, it seems the community there only assumes an obsessive compulsive personality with no purpose behind the arrangements, very disappointing. Also using the search function here (specifically the terms "house 108 binary") I came up with nothing, so I apologize if this has already been discussed elsewhere on the forum as I could not locate it with said search terms.

Anyways, now to explore the upstairs >.>

Honestly, I had noticed and thought a similar theory of a little easter egg; but after asking around and no response from the community I thought that maybe I was just looking too much into it and seeing what isn't there. If it wasn't done like that purpose, then it's a neat coincidence, no?

All the names of the the doctors apart from Klein are loops to reinforce the programming, done by Mobius. Dala, 8, 0, Borous(Oroborous, the snake who eats it's tail)) etc.
The 8 etc is a theme.
All the doctors houses line up with their names.
Just think of it as fate and their prewar lives and houses forshadowing their future lives.

There's a mathematical Easter egg there as well: the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 are the first six numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence, wherein the next number in the sequence is the sum of the previous two. In the actual sequence 1 is repeated, since you're adding zero to it, but you don't give two houses the same street number so they skipped it.
