I killed them. They are a menace to society and need to be extermined. They are the REASON Night stalkers and Cazadores are in the Mojave! Such incompetence should be dealt with...severely. Besides, the ending slide wasn't too bad

I couldn't reason with them the first time since I didn't the quest, but Dr. Borous really pisses me off, refuses to believe that there's a Mojave Wasteland, let alone a world around them, and then he creates Cazadores and Nightstalkers.
