Browsing around the Fallout site when I come across this. Nothing special but it does talk about some things we didn't know.

Description:
The residents of the Mojave have long assumed the trackless wastes of the ‘Big Empty’ are a no-man's-land, a desolate stretch where no living thing can survive. In Old World Blues, you discover that it is anything but...

After being transported to the Big MT research crater, you find you're the only hope of saving the Think Tank – the strange group of post-human researchers who inhabit the facility. They enlist your aid to save them from their own experiments - experiments that have gone horribly out of control. As you explore the huge stretch of the Big MT crater and its many underground labs, you’ll confront strange mutated animals, battle terrifying new atomic robots, and discover a new home base to call your own. Recover all the weapons, armor, and tech of the Pre-War era and use them to help save all of Science!

Key Features:
New Terrain
Explore the expanse of the ‘Big Empty’ and its huge variety of research centers, arboretums, canyons, and scientific labs. Even better, find and upgrade your own home base, the Sink, within the Big Empty's central dome!

New Enemies
Confront the surgically-altered Lobotomites, bizarre robot scorpions, the dead occupants of the Y-17 Trauma Harnesses as well as the terrifying disembodied brain, Dr. Mobius. Look out for other strange and terrifying creations of the Think Tank!

New Perks and Weapons
Old World Blues increases the level cap by 5 and introduces a range of new weapons including the Sonic Emitter, K9000 Cyberdog Gun, Proton Axe, and several varieties of Mad Scientist Gloves such as the Sterilizer Glove and Corrosive Fist.

You’ll also find new armors such as the Sneak Suit and Mad Scientist Scrubs to make your life in the Mojave easier. Look out for implants that can switch your body parts in and out for new effects and defenses to aid you in the Big Empty and the Mojave wasteland!

1. "The Sink" is the upgrade-able player housing.
2. "Dead occupants of the Y-17 Truama Harnesses" is a new enemy along with Lobotomites and Roboscorpions.
3. "Mad Scientist Gloves" (I assume is Unarmed weapons) such as: Sterilizer Glove and Corrosive Fist
4. New armor "Sneak Suit" and "Mad Scientist Scrubs"
5. New implants

I checked the wiki and didn't say anything about these items. I figured it's nice to learn some more about the DLC while we wait for a trailer. :)

Thoughts?

Great. More love for Light armor.

With the implants Im assuming one of the the things you can do is change the look of your character which is what one of mine really needs. I noticed late in the game that his head is extremely tiny to the point that he reminds me of Beetlejuice when his head got shrunk.

Looks good. I don't think I'll bother with implants and that stuff though, I don't like my character being all that "special". Capable and persistent, yes, but not special.

I doubt this covers everything, so there may be hope for a Power Armor still. :D

It doesn't mean they removed it or anything.

No, it doesn't, but I find it to be [censored] info they release, Bruce forbid they ever mentioned "Oh and bytheway, we know we screwed up by making the new caps forced with each DLC, so we added this new kickass trait for you to pick to cap at 30!" in the official description about the DLC. <_<

Its all good Gabriel, it'll be there :)

I'm curious as to how the new assassin's suit will compare to the one from DM

crossing my fingers its not just an improved stat bonus like +15 sneak or something

I think the the lvl 30 cap trait is in the last, Lonesome Road DLC. I recall seeing that somewhere, (I could be wrong of course). Bethesda always dumps little bits of info about the new dlcs over time. I'm sure we'll here more bits of info over the next few days. (it's a way of keeping the suspense and hype going until release time.)

What's the point of the level cap trait? :/ I'm not seeing how it'll work as a game mechanic.

It says Dr. Mobius is an enemy? Could he be the greater threat? Also, I hope endurance doesn't limit our ability to use the new implants, cuz I'm all out of room :(

This.

I hope they realize that most of us probably already have all implants we can take, and/or we've set our favorite SPECIALs to 9, gotten the implants and now we're at 10.

Something tells me though these are different. I get the sense that these have downsides too. Say, maybe you can get a robotic arm that increases your firing speed or agility, but lowers unarmed damage by a percent. Something like that would be cool and more interesting than free stats.

I believe Fallout 1 and/or two had traits that either gave you more perks (for example, instead of a perk every third level, one every second) at the cost of skill points (for example, instead of 15 per level, you only get 8) and vice versa. I'm guessing this trait will have an upside of some sort. Maybe more skill points or perks, or if it's specifically catered to hardc0re players, then maybe it doubles the EXP you get.

I only ever wear Light Armor (well, not in the final battle, but that's a special circumstance) so this IS great!

Sounds like they did a mashup of the big MT and Boulder dome from Van Buren. Should be fun.
