new perk: Godlike, now nothing can kill you but you can kill anything by just staring at it.

they're all too busy either downloading or playing :cryvaultboy:

im almost done downloading, as soon as I get in Ill load up my save game thats just inside the "Recreate Character" limit in goodsprings and I'll confirm the perks if no one else has

EDIT: A watched download never updates, sheesh. 96% now so itll be soon. I'll make an update to this post instead of making a new one. Perks and Traits I can check and report back here easily. Anything on Ulysses will be on the wiki I'm sure by the time I get to it

All as they have been described by OP

New Perks
Atomic! (20, EN 6)
Mile in their Shoes (20, Survival 25)
Them's Good Eatin' (20, Survival 55)
Implant GRX (30, EN 8, You gain a non addictive subdermal Turbo (chem) injector. This perk may be taken twice, with the second rank increasing the effect from 2 to 3 seconds and the uses per day from 5 to 10 [activated from Pip Boy] )

All as they have described by OP except Implant GRX

EDIT: I cannot find the DNAgent perk as described by OP as a selectable perk from the level up screen so either it's a bug there, it's not available as selectable until certain requirements are met, or his info from FNVEdit was cut content

I think between Logan's Loophole to cap me at lvl 30 (I never used chems and still won't) and Skilled to make getting to level 30 even slower I've found my two favorite traits :celebration:

I hope that Turbo activation button can be hotkeyed. It'd be kind of disappointing if you only got 3 seconds of Turbo (hope that chemical perks affect this to increase the duration) and then you had to reopen your Pip-boy.

Okay, the cap perk offers unlimited chems and it's STILL less over-powered then the FO3 character system,

Not by much. Set each SPECIAL to 6, and with Early Bird and Claustrophobic you can get every SPECIAL to 9 (from 6 am to 12 pm, while outdoors :hehe:), add Implants and it's a full 10 of all SPECIALs again.

Hmm, maybe i should play the God(des ;)) character i played once in Fallout 3, with the express goal of omnipotence.

I'll add a level 50 perk that requires all SPECIAL to be at 10 and all skill ats 100 "Divinity; Congratulations, your ascension is complete." :teehee:

WOW tht perk svcks logans loophole and for the skilled perk oh no 10% exp reduction -_- thts the only really decent perk

But half the purpose of SPECIAL is to unlock certain perks. That combo wouldn't allow you to get many perks simply because half your SPECIAL points are artificial.

It's just as easy to get OPed in base New Vegas as FO3 without bobbleheads. That said I have kept my character low enough myself.

And I keep him away from chems, so that's a hell no to that implant. And we're all dandy.....that is if he wasn't an alcoholic and smoker. Damn you alcohol and industrialized tobacco!
