Not by much. Set each SPECIAL to 6, and with Early Bird and Claustrophobic you can get every SPECIAL to 9 (from 6 am to 12 pm, while outdoors :hehe:), add Implants and it's a full 10 of all SPECIALs again.

I'll add a level 50 perk that requires all SPECIAL to be at 10 and all skill ats 100 "Divinity; Congratulations, your ascension is complete." :teehee:
