A lot of people who downloaded it have said they saw a patch immediately after. My guess is that something went wrong with this patch for all other localized versions, so they need to fix it before we can play it. Just a hunch though, I've got no evidence to back it up. Just sounds like it makes sense. :whistling:

There is really something going on that pisses me off, every time a game goes online it is first in US and after 1 or 2 days the rest of the world.

Wrong on both counts.

Sony updates the PSN store on Wednesdays in Europe.

Our sales people told Valve to release on PC in Europe to match the PSN release.

The patch that enables OWB was already released. Any updates you see on Steam is just the client re-verifying the download.

Hey, like I said, was a stab in the dark.

Also wtf, go hit your sales people and tell them "no." Just because PSN can't get [censored] right doesn't mean they have to drag the PC people down too. :sadvaultboy:
But hey, do you think this means it's at least safe to assume we can expect it early tomorrow (as in not 7pm)? I mean, Valve already has all they need. They're just holding off because they were told to.

Yeah this is somewhat sub par treatment for everyone else in Europe. You're probably going to get a bunch of PC users saying "Screw this for a pack of Morris dancers I'm going to pirate it instead."

Guess LR will be released on 13th of September, oh, sry, 30th, oh no, wait, one more day, saturday. Ah damn, they dont work on saturdays, so it will be the 3rd of October. But that would force them to rush to their work after heavy weekend. No, it will be released on a Tuesday, like today...
