Old World Blues serious script bug: Endlessly looping dialog

Warning: This is a spoiler for Old World Blues.

When the player finally talks to his/her brain, there are some dialogue choices which result in the brain recalling happier times with the player, and the game makes a check to see if the player has done certain quests. Unfortunately, if you have done Come Fly With Me and That Lucky Old Sun, those two lines related will continue to loop over and over, and the player will be unable to continue the conversation, or to pick any other choices. The only option is to bring up the main menu and load a previous game. :(
