I'm trying to play the main story line. After killing the omerta bosses, and trying to return to mr. house, the conversation is a loop and you can't complete the quest, even after its finished. The only way the game will proceed is if you kill mr. house.

When in the ultra lux, after been given a key to the members only section of the white glove society, if you enter that room (the members only section), the game immediately crashes, from the kitchen, or the lobby, it crashes.

Yeah. The lux is infamous for its crashing/freezing problems. Try turning off autosave and equip an old cowboy hat. Those should help. Otherwise save constantly.
